SEASON 2026 MATCH INFORMATION

The fixtures are listed in date order on the Association website, and will be posted in this order on the notice board at Rackerhayes. Please check the match fixture list before making a trip. Waters where matches are held will be closed as indicated in the match listing.

Special Note There may be a number of other matches arranged throughout the course of the year, including matches against other clubs. Further information will be available from Tackle Trader.

Open Day and Junior Teach- ins
The Angling Participation Open day, run in partnership with the Environment Agency, will be held on the first Saturday of August 2026 (1st August). Wheel Pond and parts of Dores, First, Island and Weedy Ponds will be closed on that day. Please invite your family and friends to this excellent free day, where all can have a go at fishing with a qualified angling coach.
Angling Teach-ins will be held on Thursday evenings following the Open day during the school summer holidays. They will take place on Wheel Pond from 6pm onwards. All anglers are welcome. Please confirm with Tackle Trader and watch the Facebook page.

We are looking for sponsorship on Junior Matches with no sponsors, if you or someone you know would consider this please get in touch. If your Child doesn’t have relevant Kit it will be provided with notice. I i.e. Whip for Short Pole match or Rod for rod Only Match Extra keepnets will be available if child doesn’t have 1 to start.
